Summer Reading Program 2026

We’ve noticed over the last couple years it’s been difficult for everyone to gather as the Summer schedule is just packed! To accommodate this, we’re trying things a little differently with this year’s program.

It will run June 15th - August 1st & consists of 7 weeks of take-home crafts alongside weekly reading challenges that can be picked up at any time during the program —you can get the crafts and challenges for weeks you missed! — and a dedicated reading hour at the library on Saturdays 1:15pm - 2:15pm.

If they complete their reading goal — they choose it at registry — they can pick a prize at the end of the program!

There will not be a reading hour Saturday July 4th - Independence Day &
Saturday July 25th - Homecoming weekend.
Both weeks will still feature crafts and reading challenges!
